With over 12 years of mechanical experience, Dylan brings extensive hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep commitment to quality workmanship. In his role, he oversees daily shop operations while ensuring all equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest standards of safety and performance.
Mechanic
Parker is a shop mechanic at Ag Farmacy with seven years of overall mechanic experience, including two years with Ag Farmacy. He is known for his attention to detail, safe work practices, and providing reliable solutions that help minimize equipment downtime. Committed to quality workmanship and dependable service, he maintains high standards of performance and efficiency.
Lead Fabricator
Joey serves as our Lead Fabricator, bringing years of hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, and agricultural equipment. He specializes in repair welding and custom fabrication, handling everything from equipment repairs to fully customized builds designed to meet each customer's specific needs.
Joey's approach is simple-be involved from start to finish. From the initial design and planning stages all the way through fabrication and final completion, he works closely with the team and customers to ensure every project is built right.
He began welding at just 16 years old and went on to graduate from Black Hawk East College with a degree in Agricultural Production. Throughout his career, Joey has worked in a variety of agricultural roles, developing a strong background in mechanics, equipment repair, and metal fabrication.
With his deep knowledge of agriculture, machinery, and custom fabrication, Joey plays a key role in supporting nearly every area of our operations and helping turn customer ideas into durable, functional builds.
